Advance Payment Requirement
For bulk orders and custom manufacturing, customers are required to pay an advance amount before order confirmation.
Advance Amount
Typically, 30% to 50% advance payment is required depending on the order size and nature.
Order Processing
Production or order processing will only begin once the advance payment is received and confirmed.
Remaining Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or as per mutually agreed terms.
Payment Methods
We accept secure payment methods including bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
Order Cancellation
In case of order cancellation after production has started, the advance payment may not be refundable.
Refund Policy
Advance payments are generally non-refundable, especially for customized or made-to-order products.
Delays & Issues
If there is any delay from our side, we will inform the customer and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
